EBSCOhost  Elektronik   Dergi  Servisi, Doğu Akdeniz Üniversitesi’nin,  EBSCO  Publishing   aracılığı  ile abone  olduğu  basılı  dergilere  ilişkin,  elektronik erişimlerin  sunulduğu  bir  servistir.  EBSCOhost Elektronik   Dergi   Servisi    ile   Doğu   Akdeniz Üniversitesi  Kütüphanesi kullanıcıları, istedikleri konu veya dergiye erişim sağlayabilmektedirler. EBSCOhost Elektronik Dergi Servisi’nde, elektronik erişimleri mevcut olan her   dergi için,  ayrı ayrı link adresleri tanımlanmış olup, abone olunan dergilerin yanısıra ayrıca birçok derginin içindekiler sayfası ve makale özetleri  de yine  bu serviste yer almaktadır. EBSCOhost Elektronik Dergi Servisi’de güncel uyarı hizmetleri,    kişinin        tercihine   göre düzenlenebilmektedir. EBSCOhost Elektronik Dergi Servisi kapsamında yer alan dergiler, ayrıca “A to Z” dergi kataloğuna da  eklenmiştir.

A to Z, DAÜ Kütüphanesi’nin sahip olduğu tüm tam metin elektronik dergilerin listelendiği, web tabanlı bir dergi kataloğudur. DAÜ araştırmacıları, Kütüphanemizin sahip olduğu tüm  tam metin e- dergilere, alfabetik olarak, konularına göre veya dergi isminden, zaman kaybetmeden, hangi tarihten itibaren erişilebilecekleri bilgilerini de öğrenerek, direkt erişim sağlayabilirler. Geliştirilmiş taramada ise veritabanı adı, ISSN veya Yayınevi isminden, DAÜ Kütüphanesi’nin hangi tam metin e-dergilere sahip olduğunu tespit edebilirler.

MathSciNet is a comprehensive database covering the  world's mathematical literature since 1940. MathSciNet  provides Web access to the bibliographic data and  reviews of mathematical research literature contained  in  the Mathematical Reviews Database.
 

 
International Nuclear Information System (INIS)
 

The International Nuclear Information System (INIS) is the leading information source for scientific and technical literature published worldwide on the peaceful applications of nuclear science and technology. INIS maintains a bibliographic database, entitled INIS Database, which currently contains over 2.8 million references with English abstracts from 1970 to the present. The Database is updated weekly.

ICONDA (International Construction Database) is a bibliographic database covering the worldwide literature on all fields of building construction, construction engineering, architecture and town planning. Most citations include abstracts. It is the database of the International Council for Building Research, Studies and Documentation (CIB).
 

Econ Lit

 

EconLit, the fundamental research tool in economics, provides bibliographic citations, with selected abstracts, to the international literature on economics since 1969. Including journal articles, books, and dissertations, as well as articles in collective works.
 

International Political Science Abstracts is an important  source for political science articles published since  1989.


 

Book Index With Reviews (BIR)
 

Book Index With Reviews (BIR) ; is a comprehensive database that provides information on over 4 million book titles in a wide range of formats, including large print, books on tape, etc. Fiction and non-fiction titles are included in the database, in all genres. The product contains over 800,000 full-text searchable reviews from sources such as Library Journa, Kirkus Reviews, Publishers Weekly and CHOICE, and provides 90,000 first chapter excerpts. Now, BIR also contains nearly a quarter of a million music, DVD and video titles, making it a great resource for finding multimedia materials.
 

The Serials Directory

The Serials Directory provides access to the most up-to-date and accurate bibliographic information as well as current pricing structures for popular serials. This invaluable resource is made available via EBSCOhost®. It contains nearly 212,000 U.S. and international titles, including newspapers; data from nearly 108,235 publishers worldwide, including e-mail and Internet addresses; and Library of Congress and Dewey Decimal Classifications for every entry.Classifications for every entry.
 

ERIC

ERIC, the Educational Resource Information Center, provides access to education literature and resources. The database provides access to information from journals included in the Current Index of Journals in Education and Resources in Education Index. ERIC provides full text of more than 2,200 digests along with references for additional information and citations and abstracts from over 1,000 educational and education-related journals.
 

MEDLINE

MEDLINE provides authoritative medical information on medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, the health care system, pre-clinical sciences, and much more. Created by the National Library of Medicine, MEDLINE uses MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) indexing with tree, tree hierarchy, subheadings and explosion capabilities to search citations from over 4,800 current biomedical journals.
 

It contains different index and full-text databases for your searches. These databases are ; ArticleFirst, ECO,  ERIC, GPO, MEDLINE, NetFirst, PaperFirst, ProceedingsFirst, UnionLists, WilsonSelectPlus, WorldAlmanac, WorldCat.

Ulrichsweb.com contains at its core the same bibliographic data as does Ulrich's On Disc, including all titles in the Ulrich's database and reviews from magazines for Libraries and Library Journals, but the similarity really ends there. Ulrichsweb.com is updated weekly instead of quarterly and contains search and browse indexes, such as language and frequency, that are not found on the CD-ROM or in the print version. Ulrichsweb.com gives users access to serials information, beyond the title level, with links to tables of contents, article abstracts, journals full-text, and document delivery.
 

Compendex® is the most comprehensive interdisciplinary engineering database in the world. Compendex contains over 9 million records and references over 5,000 international engineering sources including journal, conference, and trade publications. Coverage is from 1969 to present and the database is updated weekly.
